We like to receive and introduce you to the sweetness of life in Touraine, so that all our visitors can rub shoulders with each other in complete cordiality, we have drawn up and issued some conditions for the well-being of all.
We have the freedom not to receive customers whose behavior is contrary to good morals and public order.
We ask our guests to present decent attire for all occasions.
We decline all responsibility for your luggage or objects left in public places. In the event of loss or forgetfulness, the items found are left at Reception. After your departure, you can have your forgotten items sent to you after paying the delivery costs

Arrival & departure :
All our foreign customers are asked to complete a police form, the model of which is established by joint order of the Minister of the Interior, the Minister responsible for immigration and the Minister responsible for tourism. On the day of your arrival, access to the rooms is guaranteed from 4:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., outside of these times you will be charged an early or late check-in fee of €20 per hour started. A luggage storage service is available on request at least the day before arrival. On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated before 11:00 a.m., any departure before 8:30 a.m. must be submitted to us in advance; This measure is taken to preserve the peace and quiet of all residents.
Access keys: On your arrival you will be given your room key and the key to the entrance gate. During your stay, it is not necessary for you to leave them at reception because you are free to come and go. The loss of one of its keys will be subject to billing. The key must be returned upon departure. Your room is intended for a specific number of people, any additional person will be charged €45.
Cancellation of reserved options
Any service additional to the room and ordered may be canceled free of charge up to 72 hours before arrival. After this period no refund will be made.

Stay interruption
In case of a stay interruption no refunds will be made. Likewise, in the event of early departure, the entire stay is due. NO SHOW-UP is considered as effective taking of the room.
Paiement :
Nous acceptons les paiements en espèces (en euros) et par carte bancaire (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard). Nous demandons à toute personne séjournant dans notre établissement de présenter une pièce d'identité pour tous les règlements.

Rooms & Suites
Although it is traditional for our visitors to put away their belongings and clothes, we carry out a cleanliness inspection every day, in particular to empty the bins, add bathroom products and renew the linen if this proves necessary. Towels are available in your room and changed every 3 days. (twice for a one-week stay). Please remove your makeup with the cotton pads provided for this purpose and not with the towels. Any soiling of makeup, vomit, etc. on towels and linens will be charged.

Restrictions
We remind you that the smoking ban has been in force in all public places since January 2, 2008. Smoking is absolutely prohibited inside the house for obvious reasons of safety and comfort. Any offender will be charged a supplement of €65 upon departure. Smoking points are available outside the house. Our animal friends are not accepted within the establishment. ​ The rooms are not intended for doing laundry, cooking or eating meals. For hygiene reasons, it is prohibited to store perishable food in the rooms. We provide a lounge and cutlery for people wishing to have lunch or dinner on site without requesting table d'hôtes.
Minors :
Generally speaking, parents are responsible for their minor children. It is forbidden to run, roll (skates, scooter, bike, etc.) or shout in the establishment, day or night.

Swimming pool :
As the swimming pool is not supervised, you are under your own responsibility. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Diving, jumping or running around the pool is prohibited. Shoes, food and drinks are strictly prohibited within the pool area. Please wear a swimsuit. The swimming pool is accessible from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. during the opening season subject to unfavorable weather conditions.
WIFI :
The WiFi connection is free and available in each room. Illegal downloading is prohibited. In the event of non-compliance we will be obliged to report this action to the competent authorities and the customer will be asked to leave the establishment without any compensation.
Visits :
You can receive visits during the day, but your visitors cannot benefit from the swimming pool, nor spend the night in your accommodation and we thank you for informing us as you are receiving them in a private house and not in a hotel.

Dégradation :
We kindly ask you to respect the premises, the furniture and your room. In the event of a problem, the customer must incur civil liability. You will be charged for any dirt, breakage or damage. If you notice a wear problem, please report it as soon as possible so that we can intervene as quickly as possible.

Car park :
Parking is free, based on one car per accommodation. In order to preserve the tranquility of the place, people arriving at the house after midnight are asked to park their vehicle in the street.
To respect the rest of other guests, be sure not to slam doors or make any noise particularly between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., both in the rooms and in the common areas. Any untimely noise likely to disturb the tranquility of customers may lead us to invite the customer to leave the establishment. Please take your luggage down after breakfast on the day of your departure in order to respect the sleep of other residents. ​
Any stay entails acceptance of these terms and conditions which apply to all reservations. In the event of non-compliance by the customer with one of these provisions, we will be obliged to invite the customer to leave the establishment, without any compensation.
